Yes — all the equipment, tools & materials needed to get the job done are supplied by JV Property Maintenance. You don’t need to provide anything unless there’s something specific you’d like us to use.

We provide a full range of maintenance services, including fencing, ride on mowing, gutter cleaning, landscaping, junk removal & more. If it’s not listed, ask us — chances are, we can do it.

Not necessarily. As long as we have safe & secure access to the property, we can carry out the work without you being there. Many customers choose this option for convenience.

Absolutely. We always leave your property neat & tidy, removing any debris or waste created during the job unless otherwise agreed.
